Machine starts and idles great. When you give it gas, the engine revs and then looses power (drops to lower RPMS - like it is pulsating), then revs and looses power when I run it out of the water. When in the water, you can hear the engine rev up, then drop, then rev up then drop, and it has a hard time building speed. If you slowly give it gas, it picks up speed quicker and doesn't bog down as much. Just put on a new Carb & new spark plugs. Still get the same results, Gas is fresh, high octane.
