1994 seadoo xp oil pump blocked off questions

question? Premix ratio for 94 xp 657x please? Manual does not specify? Xp would not fire up . So after removing carborators I see a block off on intake manifold . Any special instructions to remove tank? or hose connections on both sides of rotary Valve? tank etc?Just remove and cap lines? The compression in P.T.O cylinder is 120. Mag side is 140? Any advice why? cylinders had to be lubed to free up . then used oem starter install etc. still haven't heard Xp running yet. thanks for your time and patience. I know Alot of my questions I answer or work out myself. newbe here wit 2 $300 projects at one time. Kawasaki sts is alot of fun in the river so far.
