  • Seadoo Sportster Le running on one cylinder

Just put a 951 rebuilt motor in a 2002 Seadoo Sporster Le and it seems to bog down when applying the throttle and has a good amount of vibration. It will only go about 10MPH. I pulled the plugs out and tested for spark. Both are getting a strong spark but one plug is completely clean likes it's not firing at all. It seemed pretty dry but smelled like gas a little. I pulled the airbox off and cranked it and was able to see the rear carb spraying way more fuel than the other one. This would be spraying into the same cylinder as the plug that looked like it has never been fired. Recently I've cleaned the carbs, replaced all the old grey lines and adjusted the high and low speed screws. Any ideas?
