Cleaning and correcting fuel selector switch?

94 657x selector valve o ring change and clean or clear ports correct? Rerouting sequence is 1 to vent. 1 to separator filter bowl. 1 for reserve into fuel tank?the last owner has it looped. How much trouble to unhook steering stuff? or should I pull selector switch out of hull? thank you for the help. will be purchasing a short box shortly🦋

The Speed sensor has been removed.I must be blind. O now see the threaded holes for mounting. Im pretty sure I can be ok without one.....

I now realize that my selector switch is permanently set on reserve. a loop on 2 outlets. Is it the stock set up on the 657x carborators to have a fuel filter on the return line as well as the supply hose? ????

Thinking of setting a primer bulb in place of the filter on the return line.

There should be no need for a primer bulb unless something is not working correctly, and putting it on the return line would be unusual.
