The diaphrams in the carbs are facing the wrong direction. They need to face forward or back.

Centrifical force is acting on the diaphrams when turning hard in the corners, cutting off the fuel supply.

There are ways to counteract it, by changing nozzel sizes, impellor pitches, ect, but none of these "patches" really fix the lean fuel problem when cornering. What you cannot hear or feel, is the detonation that occurs when turning (heavy loading of the motor).

Would a external fuel pump help, I believe the earlier Sea doo's used them?

Turning the carbs is the correct wayI believe.
maybe somebody will post their experience with aftermarket intakes or carbs.

hey bill do you know of a way to remount the carbs so they face the right way? or is that kind of impossibly due to how they are linked together?

My friend once had that problem on his stock 96XP, his problem was the water seperator, it came loose. Make sure it is on tight and make sure the rubber seal is not cracked.

Probably not the problem but it is worth the look.

You can only turn them if they are aftermarket carbs on an aftermarket manifold.
