• 657,720 in my 91sp

Is it possible for me to bolt a 657 or 720 engine into my 91 Seadoo.

Physically, yes - but you need all the external bolt-ons to make it work - including the electronics.

Would I be able to use the same carb intake, exhaust manifolds and flywheel. How about the rotary valve and oil pump? If I was to purchase lets say a 657 off you guy's would you take my 587 as core? The other problem is that my 587 has a crack in the lower rear crankcase due to a bigend rod bearing failure(probably could be welded)

No, no, no, no, no and no.

We can weld holes and cracks as long as the damage is not to any mating surface.
