Sea Doo / Rotax 2 cycle Oil

Being new to Rotax engines but with over 30 years of two cycle outboard experience I would like to ask what the differences between the recommended Sea Doo two stroke injection oil and TCW-3 oil are. I recently purchased a 96 and 97 sea doo and plan to run the recommended oil in them, but want to understand why TCW-3 is not recommended.
Can someone explain this please?

Smitty you must use a low ash content oil due to your rotary valve. DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!
