Fixing up my my buddys and in the process of re-aasembling i broke 1 screw off for the flywheel housing. All others are fine. Will this fly, or do i need to tear it all back apart and drill it out and replace?

Permatex on the gasket, and loctite on the other bolts.

You will have some leakage over time if you do not, and the cover will warp. Drill it out.

Because you mentioned a gasket, I'm assuming that you are talking about the mag housing to engine connection/bolts, not the cover bolts. If that is the case, you can use Ultra Black as a sealant, and the housing should stay dry inside, providing the other bolts are secured correctly. Next time you have it apart, remove the broken bolt and repair it correctly.
