      I set the pop off pressure to 19psi (it was 24psi) during my carb rebuild. It started right up the first time. The second time at the ramp was a little more difficult. Low speed was very rough. Idle was low. The third time I tried to start it, out on the lake, it would not start. I think it was flooded. I guess I have to pull them apart again and set the pop off back.
