yes, you can hook it up to a drill.....see if oil drips out the valves. But it is not 100% guarenteed it is working properly. Copper gasket maker is fine.
No, don't pull a ME and dump the oil in the tank, it needs to be premixed at the gas station in a can........shake the crap out of it.
