1994 Seadoo gtx WON'T GO???

I have a 1994 seadoo gtx, that will go 15-20 miles per hour. had gas in it from winter, put some HEET in it to remove any water. And added some HIGH OCtane gas to that old. Problem when its time to take off if won't get above 20mph. Any suggestions?

does it rev up ? if so then your wearring is prob worn , if not then do a compression check and if its ok it is prob time to clean the carbs . also check your fuel valve . it is not a good idea to ad anything to the fuel on a 2 stroke motor .

Out of the water it revs fine, in the water it boggs down a little. Probably the carb, you think it is possible that the heat i add could be the problem?
