    hey ......
i had this EXACT SAME PROBLEM a little whila ago.... do a search for my post's on (Pin Hole In Exhaust) everyone told me to Tig weld it and other good advice..... but i simply took the pipe off (tried to weld it, but it was too dirty inside the pipe...oil residue seeped out when heated) then i cleaned the hole area with a brand new stainless steel brush. Gooped up some JB Weld on a machine screw that fit the hole, and gooped over the outside area that i scraped with the brush.....Laugh at me all you want everybody.... but i have put 10 hours on it (11 trips to my local pond) and my problem is solved (for now).....
it was a puzzle to put back together, TAKE YOUR TIME AND DO THIS RIGHT. but i got it all done in a day and it's all good !!!!!!!

    STILL HAVING FUN !!!!!!!!

I have about 50 hours on my Radiator epoxy dough patch on my small hole. Properly welding it would be better, but the hole isnt big enough to be dangerous if/when the patch fails on my ski. Seems to be a very common problem.
