Your fuse keeps blowing because you have a direct short somewhere in the electrical system. That’s what the fuse is for, to protect the more sensitive components by blowing before they can be damaged. There could be several places your could have a direct short. If you plan on trouble-shooting the electrical system yourself you really need to have a manual and a resistance meter. A thorough physical check of all the wires is the first thing I would do. You might be able to see where you have two wires touching. If you have gotten a lot of water in your hull lately you may have water bridging your connections. It wouldn't be a bad idea to unplug your connections one by one and dry them out. :D
