  • Fuel Line replacement

Anybody know what the diameter is of the gray fuel line that should be replaced? Inner Diameter and Outer Diameter?

Also, isn't there one line that's slightly larger in diameter than all the other lines?

The fuel line is 6mm and the return line is 8mm. Most autoparts stores carry hoses that have inch and metric sizes written on them. Pick the two closest.

What would you say - about 20 Feet of the 6mm fuel line and about 6 feet of the 8mm? I don't want to make 2 trips, but don't want to have too much left over.

Actually on limiteds, the fuel feed ("on" lines) are 8mm, and the return lines are 6mm. Not the other way around as stated above.

You need about 10-12 feet of 8mm, and about 4 feet of 6mm.

I use 1/4 " automotive fuel line for the 6mm lines and 5/16th " automotive fuel line for the 8mm lines. You can buy it at any auto parts store, much cheaper than the crap SD sells.
