driveshaft

I looked at the drive shaft on my 98 gsx limited and it looks like splines are pointed instead of squared also found the wear ring with o ring cracked that goes around impellerand front side of pump assmy. So I would guess that i need to replace driveshaft, boot, wear ring with o ring put it back together and I would be good to go. you think? should i check anyhting else?

Yes, check the splines on the impeller, you may need a new one too.
