Carb Rebuild Question - BN46I

I am assembling the pto carb on a 99 GSXL and have a question regarding the housing that covers the internal filter. What gasket should be used on this cover? Is it just an o-ring or do I also need the thin gaskets and clear cover just as the carb that has the pump attached? I don't recall seeing these when I disassembled the carb but the diagram seems to show them. I searched several sites and can't seem to find an exploded view of the carb that does not have the pump attached (in this case, the pto carb).
