how many turns are the low speed carb screws supposed to be turned out and where should i start (amount of rotations) to tune my carbs.

my carbs are set at about 1 to 1/4 turns out and the plugs are real black with a little oil as is if it is running rich, wouldnt it run richer with 2 turns out?Originally posted by Technical Support:
