Those "pissers" are your visual sign that the cooling system is doing its job and moving water through the system.

            Re: Kawasaki Rooster Tail

I hate riding skis with rooster tails. When the wind blows the wrong way, it keeps you soaked and cold........ Looks dorky too !

But I realize I'm overly picky about such things, so to each his own. Enjoy your water fountian. Personally, I would add a valve so I could shut it off when I wanted to and turn it on when friends ride my ski ( so they will get wet and cold and choose to ride someone else' ski)........

              Re: Kawasaki Rooster Tail

My kids always ask why our skis dont do that and I tell them because of a different ski setup. I never thought of it that way but what Bill just said made great sense in keeping the neighbors off my skis.LOL

i never thought about the valve to cut it off and on is there a way u can do that? i would probably enjoy having a valve so i could cut it off at times when the wind was blowing or something.

                    Re: Kawasaki Rooster Tail

Not with the setup I listed. Those Yamaha parts are intended to be put on the inside of the steering nozzle, and they are "always on".
