I have a 97 sltx 1050 and need to remove the tank in order to repair some hull damage. I was told you have to remove the engine to remove the tank. I think there is enough room to repair the hull without removing the tank completely. I just need to get underneath the front edge of the tank. how is the tank bolted on??? any help would be great.
