Ok, Polaris fans, we need to not let these inquiries like Fluffy's go unanswered for 2-3 days....that said, I'll take a shot, and let anyone correct me as necessary...

IF you've ruled out a leak from the motor or the water lines inside the hull, then have the boat (dry outside) on a trailer and very carefully (and not too much, for obvious reasons) start to fill the hull with a bit of water inside. If the hull outside is dry, you may be able to find the water leaking out of the hull somewhere.

Places that could be possible suspects include(please add in here anyone from your personal experiences): drive shaft opening, pump mounting plate, edges of the fiberglas hull where its glued together (upper to lower), the gaskets around seats and hood (this one you won't be able to detect with the "fill the hull" method - if you do you're in big trouble), hey maybe even the drain plug itself.

Hope I helped.

what year/model polaris? There were a couple years that they had problems with the cooling in line gettimg a hole rubbed in it by the exhasut pipe bracket. It might also be an exhaust manifold gasket that is blown. does it take on water when its sitting, or when its running??

3610040 is the Polaris seal Number for the Coupler Bearing housing. You can also get these from any bearing/Seal supplier

The seals pry out very easily with a screwdriver. Polaris recommends greasing the bearing every 20 hours. they last alot longer if you grease them every 10 hours. Just figure on greasing it after every ride or 2, it only takes a couple of squirts.
Glad you found the leak.

As Bruce said , all you have to do is get the old ones out, there junk anyway so pry them out with a screwdriver, just make sure to not damage the housing by prying. We use a seal driver when we reinstall the new seals. If you dont have one, then get a socket big enough to just fit inside the seal, around the outer edge of the seal, and tap it into the housing. DO this carefully, and make sure its straight in the housing!! :D
