I have recently bought a new sbt motor
1100 zxi.I rebuilt the carbs and I am still
breaking in the new motor.I just took off
the stock airbox and put on prok flame
arrestors.Do I need to change the jets
and the popoff spring? if so what are the
stock jets for a 96 1100 zxi with keihnan
stock carbs 38's I believe and how far up
should I go on the jets. And how far down
    on the popoff spring.

You are taking quite a risk by running the new engine without properly dialed in carbs. I don't know if you need to rejet but you certainly need to richen the carbs at least by turning your adjustment screws out somewhat.
