New Engine

I just put in my new SBT engine (GP800). Started my break in. I have followed all of the procedures and everything seemed fine. I took it out at about 80% throttle for about 5 minutes and it died like I pulled the safety. It started right away but died a minute later. I could not get it started again even though it still cranked over fine. All of the other times I had taken it out, I checked the engine temp and it seemed fine, however, this time it seemed kind of hot. I checked compression and had 130 on the rear and could not get a reading on the front. What could of happened? What are my next steps.

If you can not get a reading then it sounds like you have a carb problem that has caused detonation.That means you problely have a hole in your piston.
