How Long for Interntional Orders?

I have sent you a 951 shortblock for exchange 9 days ago by DHL from Hong Kong and am waiting for your final invoice so that I can make the payment.
How long does it normally take before you send the invoice after receiving the core? I notice that the date of an available core has moved back once already since you received my core but I am unable to do anything until I hear back from you.
I have e-mailed you 3 times but have not had a reply.......

Please check your email. I have given you the correct spelling for my name as well. The motor was received Friday afternoon. A rate quote and wire transfer instructions have been sent to you. The motor usually ships within 48hrs of payment receipt
