I received a Kaw 1100 engine today that was on the way back from SBT on a warranty claim. I took it out of the box and one of the case mounts that you bolt the bed plate to was smashed from shipping damage. Do you know what the proper procedure would be from here? I will call in the morning and speek with Erica if your not on line tonight.
