SBT motor includes?

I just had a rebuilt SBT sea doo 717 motor put in my jet ski. I was wondering does the rebuilt motor come with a new rotary shaft? The reason I am asking is because my jet ski had a stripped rotary shaft or gear and the dealer told me the motor needed to be replaced to fix this and now the thing won't go past idle speed without cutting off. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Yes they include all new internals including rotary shafts. Find out exactly what work they did - swapping a motor doesn't solve the problem, mearly fixes some damage.
