mechanic orders

My boyfriend and I recently had our Yamaha '99 XL 1200 engine sent by a mechanic to your place for fixing. He said he mailed it out on July 26, 2007. I emailed one of your rep's and she said it would take 7 business days to get it back to him. Is this correct? and if he sent it on July 26 (Thursday)when do you think he should get it or should have received it?
