Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!

In this day and age customer service with most companies is non-existant! SBT IS the exception to the rule!! Your organization goes above and beyond when it comes to the customer. Your sales people know your product and are friendly and pleasant to talk to. Your tech people, specifically Bryan, are great about sharing information and procedures. The assistance provided by SBT is found NOWHERE else. You've EARNED my business (and anybody else I can educate about SBT) from this point forward. I'll proudly wear my t-shirt on the beaches of Oklahoma for all to see and hopefully pay you back for all the EXTRA help you've been with some advertising.
