A little while back I sent SBT my crank core and bought a new crank and then decided that I would just buy the whole engine from them. They gladly took the crank back and credited me back my money. Also, I had to buy a core from M&M marine and they were able to save me an arm and a leg in shipping because SBT is taking it directly from them rather than making it be shipped to my house and returned with the rest of the core.
Also, Erica and everyone else in the Service Department and Bryan were all very nice and helped me alot. Thanks SBT.
