As far as I can say about SBT is they will take care of you, I have a 99XLT1200, that has one of there engines that I did not buy, it came with the ski, it was about a 1year and a week and it drop a PV, the "FINE PEOPLE" at SBT took care of it for me. The replacement had some issuses and they sent me another. If that is not "Customer Service", I'm not sure what is. Thanks SBT. Just figure I would give my 2cents worth.
