SBT the place for anyone with a Jetski
The SBT Forum is a great place for information. I got may new engine on 7/12/05. Armed with no experience, a book and the technical information that I got from reading the SBT Forum I went to work. My 97 GTX was back in the water on 7/15/2005. The SBT engine runs great. After my first test ride I did have to make one minor adjustment to the throtle cable. This is a super place to learn from other folks. Thanks for the great site.

Pat,
My ski is ten years old and a new power plant can't be that far off. I like what I see here from SBT, as well as the plethora of knowledgeable contributors. What prompted you to exchange your motor? Performance issues, old age, or mechanical failure?

My 97 GTX had a major motor failure. I was cheaper to replace the old engine with an SBT engine then to rebuild my motor.
