A few weeks ago I was on vacation and one of my waverunners had a small problem, the engine blew up . In the weeks since that time I have been on SBT's web site and spoken to several knowledgable people with questions. On the web I was able to down load the instructions to dismantle my engine and remove any parts I was going to need with the new engine. I placed an order with Tina:emoticonw earlier today and she was extremely helpful in making sure I had the correct items to go with the engine I was ordering. I wish every company and their employees were this pleasant and knowledgable. It would make life a whole lot easier. I will be passing SBT's name to anyone I know with a watercraft.:emoticons At this point I can't wait to get my new engine.
