SBT Experience
This is the first time I bought something from SBT. I needed a counter balance for my 951. The guy who I talked to on the phone did not try to sell the part and go back to work. Rather, he asked a bunch of questions to make sure the part I wanted was what I needed. I felt like he was trying to ensure I wasn't throwing parts at a bad engine. :)
