Well let me start by saying that every time I have been in Sbt the staff has been very helpfull and I have never had anything bad to say, untill now. I bought a starter fron SBT in April and it just stopped working so I caled and explained the problem and everyone was very helpfull untill I brought it in to see if it fell under warrenty. I was told that it appeared to have been sunk so it would not be covered under warrenty but they would be happy to sell me a new one. Well my ski has never even been flipped I am not sure what a warrenty covers but that soundes like a standard excuss to void a warrenty. I dont understand how you can come to that conclussion in the 5 minutes you looked at the starter. I am very dissapointed with this and can honestly say that I will never buy another starter here again. this was a waste of $200.
