800 RFI Performance Upgrade

Hi Bill,

Only a question, I´m discarted to buy a 97,5 GSX I´m looking to a 99 GSX RFI and i leastened that fuel consumption Vs performance is not as Best, This engines not acelerates as a 800 Carb, My question is possible to upgrade performances on 800 RFI, its posible to install for explame PROK flame arrestors increase Compression... I don´t know if is mixeture adjustments are possible in order to mod engine.

I´m noticed that 800 RFI and Rotax Rotary Valve Engines are problematics and low reliable than 951 Rotax engines. Is thats right?

There are no performance upgrades for RFI Sea Doo's. Buy a Sea Doo with carbs if you want to improve power with aftermarket parts.

Do you think is any problem to mill the stock hed to increase the compresion?

Only mod i thinking and Beach House sponsons.

Yes it would be a very big problem if you milled the head.

hello javi bill it is right a carb one have more mod to do.but you can increase the comp port you cyl .change your pump to and regular one with a xo and you will see the change i got threehere mod and it is run great :D
