99 xp performance

I have a 99 xp and I want to get more out of it

i would like to see at least 66 miles an hour.. all my friends have gpr 1200s and i wana keep up with the ones that have mild bolt ons.

wich means 66 to 68 would be needed ..

right now in stone stock condition i hole shot the stock gprs but then they catch me and walk around me slowly
