  • Siezed piston

I post this mess months ago, when i had a hole in the rear piston, caused by a tear hose of the vacum pipe (rave valves) coming out from the case. it also tear the vacum for fuel.

I changed the pistons and put new hoses and not more than 5 hur use the jet ski did the same as before, teared the vacum hose of the rave valves and siezed the pistons.

I'm gonna open the engine next week because i'm too busy, and i will post the exact damages.

    any ideas?????????

Usually when the hose tears it is because you set the motor on it when you install the motor and rip the rave hose. I cannot imagine how you could rip the pulse hose?

Put a better grade rave hose in there.

Bill you can't imagine how they tear, its like a hot stem comming out of the crank case and tear the hoses. Its the second time that they tear and i also have pics if you told me how can i post them.

I'm thinking of a lean mixture, so how i rich a bit?

turn the hi speed 1/4 or 1/2 turn
or i go to a bigger hi jet size.

You should be able to open the adjusters if you need a little more fuel.

Why would hot steam be coming from your cases? That ain't right.
