look this!!! this pipe is no design like sl 750 or 780 for watercratf (rpm for max hp?????)
I need a water routing for cooling pipe

Pipe PSI for my triple storm 800 cc (stage 2) 8500rpm max hp
Pipe design for snowmobile run with more squish!!!
      80 mm (mininun +) stock
modified i run 95 mm squish for lake racer(2000milles and more ...foot radar gun) (100 octane)if not my motor run too hot (I have EGT digatron)!!!!
exhaut snowmobile is very porting (stock)
watercratfs run 50 or 60 squish

search for posts on the 92 650 watercraft dry pipe, I think sealion or somebody runs one on a 780 fuji.
He who dies with the most toys Still dies! So have fun with them 1970 SS 396 Chevelle, 86 ATC 250R (RAD valve,K&N, FMF gold series, bandit XC's), 97 XLT600SP (SLP tripple pipes, reverse, EPI clutch kit), 95 SL750 (all the bolt on's) & 96 SLX

torque is very important with watercratf!!!!
snowmobile the torque is little bit - important !!!

port timming ,exhauts , boot port is not design like snowmobile!!!!because i look cylinder tigershark 1000cc and cylinder for thundercat1000cc
my storm stock have 146hp 8000rpm with 91 lbs torque 7500 rpm!!!
          after my modification(porting lake racer, pipe, billet head 90 mm squish12.7.1ratio uncorrect,carb 39.2mm )
          183 hp 8600rpm and 103 lbs torque 8000rpm
run 119 mph radar gun(lake racer)

yes..please don't everyone go removing your water box, it is like driving a car with no muffler. Our sport/hobby has enough of a negative stigma we dont need to contribute to it by being more visible and intrusive. We would only be hurting ourselves

my best friend's dad is a mechanic and has a lot of snowmobiles sitting around. he had a js440 sitting around too. he put a kawasaki 440 snowmobile motor in a js440. the guy who bought it says it does 55 a little off topic but still has to do with snowmobiles
