Can you identify this Pro-Tec head?

I purchased a used Pro-Tec head for my 96 Yamaha Waveraider. It's a single carb 701 motor. The person I bought the head from said that it's a Pro-Tec recreational head for a Yamaha 701. However, I can't find any markings on the head to indicate if that is really the case. I'm hoping you can identify it for me and tell me how to seal it. I know I need the o-rings, but does this head also use a gasket, or just some type of sealant? I have attached 2 pics of the head. I sent an email off to Pro-Tec about a week ago, but haven't heard anything back from them yet.

Thanks Bill. That did the trick. The Pro-Tec guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful. He told me exactly what measurements to make to the head so I could figure out if it's the right one for my ski.
