Would a turbocharged Honda have the same horsepower at 6000 feet as it does at sea level or does it have full boost only at sea level?

Overall power is still down. Even if boost is maintained, the air charge density is lower.

thats a very interesting question... I race EFI turbo cars before, and correct me if i am wrong, but your mixtures are all computerized. The sensors in the engine tell it that air density is lower and it makes the mixture lean. The O2 sensor in the exhaust does all that.

The turbo is sure to keep boost up to maximum all the time.

This is all theory, but i did feel they were a bit sluggish on high altitude. But im sure all the complicated sensors and computerized stuff in the EFI will try to keep your power as high as it can.
