Looks to me that the one with the exotic cars could be Scott's in GA. He owns a very high performance shop and his cars don't come cheap. Must be nice!!

There is a book at one of the big bookstores about custom garages. I found it in the hot rod car section. You wouldn't believe some of the garages in there. Well over $500K in cost to build.

I guess if you cn afford a bunch of cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars each, you can afford any garage you want.

I have a friend in Palm Springs with 3 restored indy cars in his den. There is a guy about 1 mile north of my shop with a one million dollar Ferrari in his living room. He has a pretty nice garage too, about 4000 sq.ft. outside of his house in a seperate building, plus the 8 car garage ajoining the house.

All the cops around here think he sells drugs.......

lol.. you wanna see garages.. I live in an upscale neighborhood on Long Island.. A few of my neighbors have indoor car showrooms complete with carpeting, and Granite inserts for where the tires themselves sit. There garages are stocked with Bentley GT's Ferrari's Lamborghinis, one even has a black Enzo (Derek Jeters old house). One of my neighbors (Up the street not on the water) Has a 12 car garage UNDER his house. with 2 elevators. on for the cars and one for the people. Id show you my garage but youd laugh its the only one on the block thats a simple attached 2 car garage with not enough room for cars and skis. so the skis and the hemi jeep get the garage. everything else sits outside in the snow.

The cost is worth it, it has solar panel roofing to help with the utility bill. LOL OK, NOW I can afford it.

Not many people in this world can earn the kind of money it takes to have something like that. I wouldn't even know where to point my future to be able to one day maybe have the chance of perhaps possibly even coming remotely close to such a lifestyle. Are there more than two kinds of extremely weathly people? I count 'born into' (old money) and 'obsessive entrepreneurs' (nuevo riche). I don't count athletes, musicians or Hollywood movie stars, they're just overpaid spoiled brats (the majority of them). Well I'm in awe of the Ultimate Garage. Maybe one day all that money I invested in solar-powered flashlights will make me billions. :D
