Painting Rubber Bumpers

Does anyone have any idea how to change the color of the rubber bumpers on my 94' Waverunner III? Is there a paint that has a flexing agent that I can use?

Go into a paint specialising place and get some advice on this one. I think they will prob specify an undercoat that will adhere onto the plastic, which you could then use normal spraypaint on....using spraypaint on the plastic without a suitable plastic undercoat would probably not work. So yeah, check at a paint store with someone that knows their stock.
