After a day of riding in salt water, is it ok to leave you your ski in the water tied to a dock or should be taken out and flushed?

It needs to be taken out and flushed. You need to also flush with a salt agent, such as Salt-Away. Make sure you blow the excess water out of the exhaust by giving it several WOT bursts out of the water.

Salt-Away is a liquid product that is used in conjunction with flushing, that disolves the mineral deposits on the inside of your cooling system. You can get it at any marine store.
