Oil not used for 2 years or so... is it OK?

I would at least drain it and shake it around to better mix it, just in case it's started to separate at all.

Obviously fuel would need to be discarded, but is the oil still OK to use after 2 years in the oil tank? It's Yamalube TC-W3. It "looks" OK for what it's worth and the oil tank hoses are primed.

oil is cheap, if you go to the trouble to drain it, why dont you just put new in. then you know you have good oil, and no contamination. [img]smile.gif[/img]
