Yes it does if you check it and your email in your profile is correct - many are not.

Head 2 step, 11 then 22 ft./Lbs.
Exhaust Manifold 14.5 Ft./Lbs.
Case 6mm 5.75 Ft./Lbs.
Case 8mm 22 Ft./Lbs.
Cylinder Base 25 Ft./Lbs.
