900ZXi Torque Specs

I am about to reassemble a 900ZXi motor and need the torque specs for the cases, cylinder and head. Also, some of the gaskets appear to be a metal or plastic based with a coating one them (OEM and Cometic). Should these be coated? Also, what is the best way to prime the oil pump lines after bleeding it? Thanks for the help.

torque specs for the cases, cylinder and head

These are the specs for the 1100:

Crankcase - 6mm dia = 78 in lbs
Crankcase - 8mm dia = 22 FT lbs
Magneto cover bolts = 94 FT lbs
Magneto cooling cover = 78 in lbs
Stator mount bolts = 8.5 FT lbs
Flywheel bolts = 94 FT lbs
Coupling = 94 FT lbs

Cylinder base nuts = 25 FT lbs
Cylinder head nuts = 22 FT lbs
Cable holder bolts = 14.5 FT lbs
Water pipie joint = 8.5 FT lbs

Exhaust pipe mount bolts = 36 FT lbs
Exhaust manifold nuts = 14.5 FT lbs
Expansion chamber bolts = 36 FT lbs

Intake manifold bolts = 87 in lbs
Carb mounting bolts = 78 in lbs
Air intake mounting bolts = 69 in lbs
Arrestor case stay bolts = 78 in lbs
Throttle case mount bolts = 78 in lbs

Anyone with a 900 manual, please check these values, and post either a confirmation of them, or corrected values.

Instead of retyping the complete list, follow the same order, just type the first letter of the item, followed by either the corrected value, or OK if it is correct.

Example:
C = OK (for Crankcase - 6mm dia = 78 in lbs)
C = 20 FT lbs (for Crankcase - 8mm dia = 22 FT lbs)
M = 92 FT lbs (for Magneto cover bolts = 94 FT lbs)

Good call! My mistake, I entered the data for the coupling, which was for the line above.
