Those are mounted to the hull with silicone. The way I've always gotten them off (for future reference) is to use a putty knife and tap it between the bearing housing (thru-hull plate)and the hull. Be careful you dont want to gouge up your hull. Silicone someitimes has an amazing ability to hold things tight. By "cutting" the silicone between the two mating surfaces it will allow you to remove the part next time without breaking anything. Just tap the putty knife (paint scraper) between the hull and bearing housing all the way round the housing once you have worked all of the way around it, you should be able to pull the housing away from the hull.
Did you actually break the bearing housing or just pull the seals and bearings out of it? Plenty of people sell a rebuild kit for that bearing housing with new bearings and seals as long as the housing itself isn't broken.
