    how do I remove part number 42034 from the crank?

      it's the metal part that is conected to the drive shaft.theres two 5" (app.)in diameter metal sprockets,one on crank and one on drive shaft.In between is a robber piece for damping vibration.

        Ah, the PTO coupler. If your crank is out of the case, you need to put it in a large vice. IF it's still int he block, use rope down the rear plug hole or a large rag in the open exhaust port to bind the piston from extending.

        Use heat on the PTO and a chain wrench to unscrew it, normal thread, counter clockwise.
