  • kawasaki Oil & Pump ?

I just bought a 2000 1100 zx. I keep hearing about people premixing oil 7 getting away from the pump? Is this something to be concerned about.
Oil, i use a full synthetic in my 225 yamaha outboard runs very clean. would this be good for the PWC or just stay with the kawai Oil?

Re: kawasaki Oil & Pump ?

Synthetic Oil Would Be Good In The 1100. You Do Not Have To Use The Kawasaki Brand. As Far As The Oil Pump It Is A Personal Preferance. If You Do Not Mind The Premix Method Then It Is Safer. There Is No Warning If The Oil Pump Fails And It Only Takes A Very Short Time Do Do Major Engine Damage When And If It Does Quit. Some Pumps Last For The Entire Life Of The Engine And I Have Seen Them Fail Much Sooner. Most Of The Time It Is A Loose Or Broken Oil Line That Does A Motor In. The Pumps Themselves Rarely Fail But It Does Happen.
WATERCRAFT SERVICES. PROVIDING THE RESIDENTS OF HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITH QUALITY WORK ON THEIR PWC AT A FAIR PRICE.
