Blockage????

i have a kawasaki 150 ultra and was wondering when flushing should water come out of both holes near the front of the craft or only one as i`m not sure if ive got a blockage...thought maybe the other hole may only let water out when the bilge is getting rid of excess water???

hope this doesnt sound to stupid...

There is only one small pisser at the right front .It is asmall black plastic piece that will kind of direct the water to the back

Also, to answer another question that could be brought up by the first post... The second hole.. It is probably a gas tank vent line.
