93 750SX Head Torque & Questions

I have a '93 750 SX that I had to replace the head gasket on. What is the torque spec. and is there an order? Follow the order of the numbers on the head?

Also... I just bought this ski a couple weeks ago... could someone tell me what the "control valve" (that's what the parts microfiche says) is, what it does, and when I should use it? LOL

Not sure what the torque values are but the knob in pic is for draining water out of the engine, I would not use it as it opens the bottom end and could cause a possbile pressure leak. There are some videos on the SBT forum on how to remove water from your engine if you swamp your ski.. I am new to the ski and just went thru a pump rebuild, went real smooth, I dont have alot on knowledge in skis yet... Best bet is order the shop manual and owners guide from kawasaki, or do a google search for them.
